We have four production lines in our BRC Grade A bakery, including a recently commissioned state-of-the-art baking oven.
We have a broad mix of flexible packing formats, including multi-flow wrapping, individual wrapping and carton insertion. Our comprehensive range of biscuits includes wire cut cookies, plain, half or fully chocolate coated, capped and filled biscuits.
We are especially proud of our ability to produce gluten free biscuits without compromising on taste! Part of this journey has been learning the science behind gluten free, which has helped us pioneer the use of gluten free oats – the secret that makes our biscuits taste even better than their gluten containing counterparts.
We are lending our knowledge to leading supermarkets looking to improve the quality of their own label offering and diversifying into breakfast bars, biscuits and savoury products.
