Northumbrian Fine Foods has a long standing relationship with Traidcraft and currently manufacture their Geobar and Traidcraft Cookies range as well as Fairbreak cookies. Traidcraft fights poverty through trade, helping people in developing countries to transform their lives. Established in 1979 it is a Christian response to poverty and is the UK’s leading fair trade organisation.

Coeliac UK

Coeliac UK has approved the whole Prewetts range of products as suitable for Coeliacs. The whole range is licensed to hold the Crossed Grain symbol, so customers can be reassured that the products are safe to eat. Coeliac UK was founded in 1968 by Elizabeth Segall, wife of a doctor and mother of a child with coeliac disease, and Peter Benenson who also had the condition. The Charity is now in its 41st year and boasts 55,000 members in the UK.
